Capturing Good Practices in Girls’ Education Around the World Open Access

This capstone project is a proposal responding to a terms of reference presented by a nonprofit organization. This organization gives grants to burgeoning grassroots organizations working with vulnerable and marginalized children in low- and middle-income countries. Among the grantees, a significant number of partner organizations work on issues of girls' access to quality education. The funding nonprofit organization seeks to identify and understand good practices among its 20 girls' education partners, which is the main objective of the terms of reference. As this capstone is a proposal, I present my background knowledge on girls' education and the partner organizations, the purpose of the good practices assessment, my methodology and framework, my data collection tools, a timeline and a budget. This poster highlights the main components of my proposal.
