scMAGeCK: A Computational Framework to Investigate the Gene Regulation in the Single-Cell CRISPR Screening
Open AccessThis study is an extended work of our previous publication. Here, we developed scMAGeCK, a computational framework to identify the gene regulation, linking genomic elements with multiple phenotypes in single-cell CRISPR screening. The new feature visualization added into scMAGeCK recently, which helps users better explore the results from scMAGeCK and provides various functions customized by users to determine downstream analysis. Applying scMAGeCK on the mouse embryonic stem cell (mESC) single-cell CRISPR screening data, we found that Mettl3 and Nsd1 have the potential to regulate the mESC pluripotency. Overall, scMAGeCK is a novel computational method to study genotype-phenotype relationships at a single-cell level.
