Army command leadership -- industrial management leadership : doctrine compared

Open Access Deposited

Thesis submitted to the College of General Studies in 1966. This is a scan of the original print copy. Excerpt from the introduction: In an age when the word "management" seems to have permeated the Army's language and life. The differences between industrial management leadership and Army command leadership sometimes become blurred. If this thesis promotes any understanding of the differences in the two leadership doctrines it will be because of the assistance the writer received from his fellow students who assisted in the survey of industrial management and because of the generous assistance of the firms that cooperated in the survey.
