National Gallery of Art : Cafes Renovation Project

This project is to redesign two existing cafes at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C.. One cafe is in the neoclassical West Building and the other cafe is in the modern East Building. This project aims to design two cafes which reflect the unique collections and atmosphere of each building. These cafes are designed to embrace and further the Gallery's mission -- foster understanding of works of art -- , and in doing so, enhance its image as the leading cultural institution in Washington D.C..
