Open AccessCurrently I focus on the connections between food, science, and agriculture. My interest in biotechnology is a major influence on my current body of work. Having conversations with people who work in the food industry enables me to see past the reasons that I am vegan and has allowed me to find links between what I eat and the larger world. My goal is to gather stories and opinions that may conflict with one another. Taken together, these conversations offer a small window into the complex connections that make up our relationship to food.
