The Coherence of al-Ghazālī: Synthesizing his Works on Uṣūl al-Fiqh and Politics

This pager synthesizes al-Ghazali's works on usul al-fiqh and politics. It will come to conclude that although it is true that al-Ghazali wrote his political works in accordance with some of the Abbasid caliphs and the Seljuk sultans' interests, al-Ghazali had his own political convections that he managed to support with his knowledge of usul al-fiqh.
