Learning Through Art-Based Curriculum to Increase Academic Comprehension in Learning Disabled Students

This thesis explores the value of art-based curricula as a means to help learning disabled students to better learn and improve their understanding of core academic subjects. This quantitative study explores the difference between an art-based (hands on) learning and teaching and the traditional methods of learning, taught to two groups of 5th and 6th grade students.
