What A Rush
Open AccessWhat A Rush is installed on three floors of the Sky Tower in Auckland, New Zealand. The exhibition caters to the diverse number of tourists and locals already there to participate in adrenaline related activities. The content is approached from a variety of disciplines including science, anthropology, history, and athletics. The visitor is meant to experience how adrenaline works within the human body by participating in immersive interactives that intend to raise and lower their adrenaline levels. Throughout the exhibit and via these interactives What A Rush presents the multiple purposes of adrenaline including: how our bodies use it to function on a daily basis, if and why we crave risks, and how to prepare yourself for more intense and exciting experiences than you have ever undergone before.
