Bayesian Robustness in Finite Population Testing

Open Access

We review results thatestablish conditions under which finite populationinferences do not depend on population size, andconditions under which finite and correspondinginfinite population inferences are the same. We usethese results to develop Bayesian tests of hypotheses about multiple populations, and within a population, that are robust to population size.
